Since he was a young child, the art of cooking has always been a part of Leon's life. While attending Cordon Bleu and taking an intense basic Cuisine Certificate course, he decided to move to North Carolina. After gaining more experience at various establishments, Leon found his way to Houston. He began putting that knowledge to use and began consulting for several restaurants.
